Like many Australians, my children love the taste of Vegemite, particularly when combined with tasty cheese. One of the simplest and tastiest recipes we use for nibbles is Vegemite Twists. To make 16 Twists, you will need - * 2 sheets of frozen puff pastry (you can even get these in reduced fat varieties now) * 1 egg, lightly beaten * Vegemite * Grated Tasty cheese * Milk, for glazing Allow the pastry sheets to defrost and cut in half.
