One very simple and fun appetizer that I've created includes a nifty trick to get kids to eat spinach! You will need: -Box of Triscuits -Cheese; this recipe works with mozerella slices and Boursin garlic cheese spread -Fresh, raw, rinsed baby spinach leaves -Good company! -Serving tray or plate -Butter knife First, set out your Triscuits on a plate or baking sheet.
