God, children, and the world as I see it
Small and delicate The pedals of a light pink rose, so small and delicate against her face Soft and smooth The silky essence of each touch, so warm and embracing Strong yet vulnerable The long stem withstanding time, yet so vulnerable and open to dispare Young and beautiful The young rose against her porcelain face, so beautiful are the pair A race against time As days pass, it whithers and wilts Still beautiful in its creator's eyes With every wrinkle, the creator still sees the young beauty it once was The rose in her hair Both are one in the same.
