You want your kids to get their vitamins. You want to expand their taste buds. Here are six ways to encourage them to try new foods.
Make it familiar.
Sweet potatoes or parsnips cut into strips and baked look like fries, and are more likely to appeal to the younger set. If you're trying to get them to try marmalade, put it with peanut butter on their sandwich and they're more likely to accept that it's just like jam. If your children will eat anything dipped in ranch dressing, let them dip their little hearts out.
