I live in Lexington, KY with my wonderful husband Scott and our pugs. I am a part time student and full time domestic engineer at the moment and am just trying to improve my writing skills while observing what else there is in the way of writing out there, as it is my passion.

I have too many to mention, most of them having to do with my family.

Why I write ...

it is cathartic, and I love using synthesis with words.

an usher for events such as the Kentucky Derby.

is everyday when I get to wake up and try it again.
