I am a proud mother of a high school graduate; my only son - the sweetest kid a parent could possibly ask for. I'm also an aspiring novelist. (Isn't every writer?) I am a musician and a vocalist, although I am no longer interested in performing locally, as I have too many current projects that keep me busier than I can handle. (I've got that novel to finish!) Not to mention the little farm I run with scads of animals - from horses to Holland-lops rabbits. A person can only do so many things at one time, which is the proverbial "thorn in my side". I want to do so MANY things, but time and energy limits me to only a select few. Such is life, I suppose. I DO look forward to reading other writers' material as I play on Helium. Kudos to all for a job well done!

Standing at a regal 16.2 hands, with a long neck arching proudly atop a sleek sorrel body, this gorgeous Saddlebred trotted from the paddock right into my heart. Somewhere in the background of my reverie came the seller's warnings, "He hasn't been ridden since he was three. He's not a finished horse, he's mostly just green broke. You'll need to take him straight to a t...
