I have never had my own dog before. I moved in with my girlfriend two years ago and instantly fell in love with her dog. A chocolate lab that goes by the name of Luke, he is a big dog, weighing in at a hefty 80 pounds. Needless to say, he is not a lap dog, although sometimes he tries to be. Luke does not belong to me; what I mean is that I do not own him. However, I do take care of him and would do anything for that dog.
