Let the word "JOB" be your first clue. Did your current or last employer ask you to pay them as a requirement of your employment? Wait, weren't they looking to fill a position and instead offer to pay you to work for them? I'm no genius but I'm pretty sure that the word JOB is synonymous with work and being paid wages. Perhaps the problem is that you've seen and read so many misleading advertisements making unrealistic claims about being able to making thousands of dollars per day doing data entry work.
