Hi! I've been freelance writing for over three years writing on a wide variety of topics such as internet marketing, MLM how-to's, social media, and real estate. Among the types of content I've written are articles, press releases, web content, and books.
I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Hawaii - Manoa Campus and I am a licensed Realtor Associate in Hawaii.
On the personal side, I am a mother of two wonderful boys and I work with underpriviledged children and youth in the Honolulu area.
One of the things I like best is connecting with and learning from other writers. I've noticed there's a lot of talent here and I'm really impressed by what I've seen.

Foreclosure home buyers may find themselves paying more than they intended to because of the lack of information available with foreclosures. Title Issues Buyers of foreclosure properties must get a title check performed on the property. Additional liens such as second mortgages, tax liens, and even mechanics liens may still be attached to the property and pass to the new owner when the property is sold. Eve...
