Working Woman's Egg Drop Soup Ingredients: 2 cups broth or stock 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 raw scrambled egg (or egg substitute equivalent) 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or dried chives 1/4 cup chopped meat and/or diced cooked vegetables Directions: Pour broth/stock and vinegar into a medium size saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
