I have been divorced twice. The first husband had a girlfriend. I didn't deal with his "new love" that well. Words like "whore" used to frequent my tongue quite often. But time heals all wounds and, after a while, I found myself being civil to this woman. My husband never married her, but went on to marry someone else. I was very nice to this woman. I have two children with my ex-husband and she would see them every other weekend. She was nice to my kids; she had not children of her own. And I tend to like everyone who is nice to my kids. On Mother's Day, I made the kids buy her something....
