Absolutely not. World's End managed to keep the awfulness of the story from becoming any better. All POC films represent the unfortunate level of scripted dribble vomiting from the belly of Hollywood these days. There are simply not enough great ideas turning into great scripts at the moment. POC satisfies basic entertainment needs - nothing more. The same critics probably felt 'The Mummy Returns' was a really good film.
