I love to write, for me it's a great form of expression, and over the years I have found scribbling in my "sort of" journal, has helped me get many things in perspective, vent some of my feelings and keep going. Almost like a friend I can tell everything :)

Everything I write on fitness and weight loss is based on research, personal experience and trial and error.My poems and short stories are sometimes based on personal experiences,such as the short story "My Secret" and the poem "I Could Cry Me a River", ironically they are about the same person....and then some of what I write is just pure imagination flying free.

MY GOALS:
To be a really good Personal Trainer, helping others to achieve their goals, improve their health, fitness and quality of life. To write articles and books on health fitness and weight loss.

To help inspire others to achieve their full potential and realise their dreams.

Write a novel (probably children's/young adult - maybe because I'm just a big kid at heart! :))

A FEW OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS:
Family and friends, especially my beautiful son, health and fitness, weight training, Muay Thai, running, horse riding, travel, reading, writing, painting and drawing, being outdoors, animals, philosophy, religions and beliefs, photography, meeting people, learning about different cultures, movies, music, life in general....and Johnny Depp! :)

Why The Wolf Howls

Through the hazy moonlight mist a lonesome figure runs,
With grace and ease he crosses these hostile lands,
If they see him they will bring him down with guns,
Never has he hurt those who live along these sands,
But yet they fear this proud and noble beast,
The tales that are told of how he eats their kind,
Make them loathe this one they should fear least,
His kind have never yet caused any harm to man,
Sadly though the truth is lost beneath the many lies,
They say he kills their kind, so kill his when they can,
