Spiritual Healing is based on the understanding that we are spirit and perfect. When we understand that God did not create an illness and that outside of God nothing was created, then only that which God created is "real" and that which God did not create is "not real". The danger is that even though an illness seen in the light of Truth is not real, it can be experienced as real and can lead to physical death.
