I am 26-years-old. I grew up in a small agricultural area in Eastern Washington state. I have six sisters, one brother, five nieces, two nephews, three roommates, and "a partridge in a pear tree". :)
I play guitar and piano. I sing and play on my worship team at church. I love the arts: photography, poetry, acting, music, drawing, painting, and making jewelry.
I write and sing my own music and would love to perform my own music on stage someday.
My passion is ...
Music
I know too much about ...
Myself :) LOL (Really, how do you answer that without sounding conceited?)
My parents always told me ...
"Eat your vegetables."
My childhood ambition ...
To be a rock star.
My favorite memory ...
Being silly with my sisters and my mom at the dinner table and laughing so hard that I fell out of my chair.
Why I write ...
It's cathartic, and maybe it might let others know they're not alone.
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
(reading) The complete works of William Shakespeare, (listening to) Ciara: Goodies, (watching) So You Think You Can Dance?
My first job ...
Working for my dad on the dairy...pulling weeds, feeding calves, and scraping and painting fences and calf-hutches.
My best moment ...
When I performed an original song with one of my sisters in front of an auditorium full of people.
My inspiration ...
My mom.

Do I truly trust You to take care of my, or do I only say that so people think I'm holier than I am? Do I see Your hand of protection, or do I only look for the absense of conflict and hardship? You never said my life would be easier. In fact, You told me it would be hard. So why do I look only for ease and joy? Why do I equate hardship with sin or a lack of trust in You? God open my eyes so I may see Your true plan for my life. Give ...
