In 1995, the Deliverance House of Prayer Ordinations Council ordained Elder Scott Bishop.. In the late 1990s', Elder Scott, now Bishop Scott gave up pastoring to organize a Marriage Ministry along with his lovely wife Sis Brenda Scott. On the streets of Staten Island , New York, Bishop and Sis Scott started with two couples which later grew to reach every borough in New York and approximately 75 couples assembled monthly to receive a word from the Lord concerning their marriages. Since then, Bishop Scott has sought out not only to delcare this generation for Christ, but to liberate marriages that are so deeply in array; not from his knowledge, but through the knowledge of the Word of God. Bishop and Sis Scott now are able to share many life changing experiences as it pertains to marriages in hope that it inspire and develop great success for other marrital couples and to practice marriage God's way.
