There are vedic words "I am that I am" (Thathvamasi) and "I am brahmam" (Aham Brahmasi)
But how to realize that? Many common people like me could not.
Then "Who am I?" - We could not find the answer. That is why everybody is suffering and make others to suffer.
Adhi Sankara has answered the vedic answer when he first met his Guru ' Govinda Bagavath Pada' for his question "Who are you?"
But I am not that great.
Tamil saint 'Thirumoolar' asked all of us to observe the following everyday:
"Give handful of food to needy before your meal.
If not
Give a handful of grass to cow
If not
Offer a flower (Bilva leaf) to image of God
If not
Give some good advise (Console) to the sufferer".
I, as a brother among you hope, my words as prayer will heal millions and millions of my suffering brothers and sisters in the world.
I know if I say 'God', everybody will hear. If I name him, everybody will divide.
I do not want to divide. That is me.

Hindu 'Pooja' is a method of worship practiced even before ten thousand years. Pooja is a word in Tamil language subsequently adopted in Sanskrit. Pooja should be as 'Poosai'. Poosai consists of two words Poo and sai. Poo means Flower and sai means do. The full meaning or explanation is worshipping God by offering flowers. This was the only method used by Hindus to worship God in pre vedic period. Later fire offering added in Vedas.
