I am interested in the various stages of life. What the effect is? How changes affect us? Our reactions to changes? Why we have both emotional and physical reactions to changes? How our reaction to changs affect others for example, family, friends and relationships in the commuity and workplace.
I am in my mid 50's. I completed a primary education and second level eduation. Then almost 40 years later after rearing a family - I finally achieved a Business degree with honours on a part time basis.
I am married for over 30 years and have adult children.
Life has been my best teacher.
The ups and downs are the learning curve we should embrace!
I hope to embrce learning for as long as I live. That way, I will stay just about knowledgeable enough to keep up with the major changes that will undoubtably happen in the next 40 years - if I live that long - and I hope I do.

There are no best reasons to quit smoking - I know - because I was a smoker for over 40 years from my early teens and I enjoyed each and every one of the cigarettes I smoked. I loved and enjoyed smoking and I never could find any reason to quit. To be honest health concerns did not bother me. This is despite the fact that my Dad died at age 52 years from smoke related lung disease. I followed all the information about how much damage smoking could do.
