Living on the East Coast of Canada with my husband and sons. Looking forward to doing some traveling once all three boys have graduated high school - which won't be long now, Two down and one to go!

I love spending time at the beach during the summer and my winters are spent being a hockey mom and sitting in cold rinks. Which believe it or not is great!

is when my children were born.

Why I write ...

its a way of expressing all of the thoughts and stories that float around in my head.

the sound of traffic driving through the wet and rainy streets out side my office window.

My first job ...

raking blueberries.

watching my son score his first goal in hockey.

My inspiration ...

my children. To show them that you can succeed in life no matter where you come from.

Hands down, Canadian's know more about American's and the United States than in the reverse. I have to admit I am sometimes offended by some of the myths American's have about Canada. As a Canadian it is probably engrained in me to be polite and not to offend, so I hope I don't, but I just can't stay silent any longer. What do I know about the United States? A lot. Amercians have a president, not a prime minister.
