Rape. This word is still taboo in our society. It makes me very angry, because that is what happened to me. I was raped on the night that I graduated from high school. That night should have been a night that I would never forget and now I definately will not. May 27, 1999 is a day that I will never forget. I dressed carefully and with purpose that evening, because I was finally graduating from high school.
