I am a proud mother who relishes the freelance writer's lifestyle to graciously mold work and play into a delicious way of life.
I have spent most of my life in the field of education, either through volunteering or work. As a special educator and early interventionist I became a staunch advocate for the rights of people with disabilities and their loved ones using a holistic model of treatment and support.
As a counselor, I furthered my love of human service by helping clients make positive changes in order to live the best life possible.
As a writer, I take these experiences, and so many others, and use them to educate and entertain my readers, delighting in the knowledge acquired with every assignment I'm given.
