Kate is a pop culture gadfly, a spiritual dilettante, a graduate student in Public History, a mama, and a home party sales chick. Somehow she still manages to spend way too much time on the Internet.

She can, however, identify most of the U.S. states and knows the location of many foreign countries.
Kate lives in west Texas with her husband and preschooler, an elderly dog, an obese cat, and too many hoodie sweaters.
