A former ballet dancer & teacher, fluent in several languages, Susannah Eanes works as a land use planning consultant part-time and volunteers as a living history interpreter at historic sites throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. She writes short stories and poems, as well as non-fiction articles and novels. She is actively involved in cultural, environmental, and historic preservation in both her personal and professional life.
