Sammy has written several books and many articles for magazines and papers. Established for many years as writer, editor and tutor Sammy enjoys an eclectic life writing and teaching.
Sammy has written on many topics as diverse as chairs, opera, business, trade, economics, gardening and design. 2 books for Hamlyn Octopus and 1 for Top That Publishing have been a success. Sammy has music columns for on line versions of magazines. Music is important - free form jazz, rock and a variety of genres appeal to Sammy.
Sammy was vocalist for The razors, a london band and Dragonar with whom Sammy made an album and single. Sammy has also sung in operas!
Music stll plays a big part in Sammy's life and free from jazz - root chords and raising profiles of new, re-forming and bands whose music should be heard more are Sammy's aim. Sammy has a music column on Breaking Music Magazine and also writes for Nights and Weekends as well as other less regular contributions to magazines, online and on paper when time allows.
Sammy is a professional associate of the RHS and the IFL and is frequently asked to update, research and work on new material for courses. Before the writing and teaching took over, Sammy worked as a commodities broker so has experience of big business and office life and politics.
Travel and music articles are Sammy's favorites and work is huge fun with a variety of different channels.

I love it
To deliver great customer service you need to know what your customers expect from you. To do this you need to first and foremost to listen to your customers and their feed back. If they are totally saisfied with your service, then great - pat yourself on the head and keep doing what you are doing well.
