Born at the advent of television in 1951 I am a part of the big "Boom" of post-WWII babies. The birth of the 747 Airliner and the death of the nickle candy-bar both occurred with many other changes the year I graduated high school in 1969.
Time doesn't change people as much as the shift in priorities, focus, and agenda changes them. Shifting to writing is the change I have currently decided to pursue. Will writing change me?
Why do I remember one thing from my very early childhood almost as clearly as I do things that have happened much more recently. There is the faint recollection of being put to bed anticipating something. I am sure I remember is the next thing that happened. They woke me up and led me to the next room. The half awake fuzzy image is the memory from a three year old child thinking it was Christmas morning when he first saw the gift.
