I have many years in management positions across various market sectors including hospitality, IT, Retail and Managing Director of around 16 companies by the time I was 32.

I gained experience in all aspects of business from accounting to marketing.

I have many achievements with my last being that I developed the largest food retail franchise in the country.

started in July 03 and the group turnover July 05 was approx 10million.

Now, I am a consultant who advises companies who wishes to expand nationally and internationally. My current specialty is Franchising including business concept development and strategic planning.

I enjoy helping people and always believed that to truly be successful I must make the time and develop my skills in teaching others.

I also am an fit, active person who enjoys the outdoors.

here is an interesting subject for discussion or debate. has to be better than the posts that ask you "who you were on the phone with last?"..lol Chatting with a friend and commented on how she mentioned in one those stupid surveys that she has "no regrets". we had a long debate about what regret was, the technical definition and how the emotion typically gets confused with other associated emotions or feelings. I think more than anything, people have adopted the cliche to support their inability to understand why they made the mistakes or decisions in their life, learn from it and move on...
