: About Me

While expression has always been my passion, writing it down has been quite the challenge.

In high school, I was head of the writing department which included composing a weekly newsletter for our Model Office Class. If I had been told then, that it would be 27 years before my writing aspirations could be fully pursued, I might have given up right then.

The next 27 years would give me 10 children (now ages 6-26; (Yes, I gave birth to them all) and home schooled some of them for the most part of 20 years. I have stayed more than "busy" while attending this "School of Life".

This last 4 years, I have been homeschooling 4, and now 2 of my children. During this time, I earned an Associate of Art in Business degree from the University of Phoenix, 2004-2006.

and have enjoyed classes through this writer's group.

I am also an Apprentice with the Christian Writer's Guild of Colorado (Jerry Jenkins-"Left Behind" series-is our President). http://www.christianwritersguild.com/

Presently, I am preparing my 14 year old twins to enter 9th grade in our local public school. Fall of 2008 will be the first time in 27 years, that I will have consistent time alone.
Time to study more, time to think, time to write.
