As President, you cannot achieve all that your promise and want to do, even if it is for the good of the country. The Congress has the power to accomplish most agendas, but as President, you can decide what can go through and what can stay behind. As President, I would try to accomplish a lot, and just hope that the voters elected a Congress in my favor.
