Restricting trade at the government level is counter-productive, and, unfortunately is something many countries have used against us. Witness Korea, exporting hundreds of thousands of vehicle for us to buy, but only allowing a few hundred North American vehicles to be sold there. We cannot justify being outraged over such restrictions if we impose them ourselves.
