I believe that, given reasonable alternatives, we can order our lives in harmony with the natural world. We may not be able to stop the destruction of this world, but we are responsible, and accountable, for doing what we can to try.

I look at the internet news and watch the spiraling decline and disintegration of this world with a detached interest, i.e., I don't view it with fear and trepidation.

I was a greenhouse technician. I made propagation cuttings and made things grow. I wish I could go back to those days.
