This is an Asian marinade that I always use for beef, that goes along with rice and noodle.
Ingredients:
- 4 fl oz of soy sauce
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 serrano chille, deseeded, and chopped
- 2 stalks of green onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp of distilled vinegar
- 4 tbsp of water
- 4-6 ounces of beef brisket
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Marinade the beef brisket for about 20 minutes, and simmer the beef with the sauce for 30 minutes, or until the beef is cooked, cool and cut in thin slices.
I use this beef alot for Korean food, such as Mool Naeng Myun, Bimbim...
