Joshua Horn graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2008 with a B.S. in bioinformatics and a minor in creative writing. He is now currently attending the University of Rochester, seeking his PhD in Biophysics and Structural Biology.
After graduating college, he married and settled into life in Rochester, NY.
His research focuses primarily on molecular dynamics simulations of various systems, specifically antimicrobial lipopeptides and the cell membrane. Because of his research interests, one of his primary writing areas is general science, but specifically bioinformatics, computational biology and molecular biology.
His other writing interests include various literary analyses of poetry and prose, US politics, cryptozoology, Christian theology, history, and US sports teams and organizations.
