Being able to talk on a cell phone while driving is not a Constitutional right, and it shouldn't continue to be allowed as a privilege because it is a driving hazard. Cars today have become extensions of our personalities; what kind we have, the bumper stickers on it, the dancing hula girl on the dash and what's hanging from the rear-view window. Cars are now fashion statements, but let us not forget how dangerous an automobile is. Distractions account for the majority of all automobile accidents and fatalities.
