San Francisco & DC up in arms Over Examiner Newspaper Litter & Stopping Unwanted Newspapers for GOOD! At the Independent we were sued for unwanted newspapers in small claims court and lost. One homeowner was awarded a whopping $120.00 by the judge! I happened to be reading about the problems the Examiner is now having over unwanted newspapers in San Francisco and Washington DC.
