San Francisco & DC up in arms Over Examiner Newspaper Litter & Stopping Unwanted Newspapers for GOOD!

At the Independent we were sued for unwanted newspapers in small claims court and lost. One homeowner was awarded a whopping $120.00 by the judge!

I happened to be reading about the problems the Examiner is now having over unwanted newspapers in San Francisco and Washington DC. It's pretty tragic because home delivery is the bread and butter of the business and if you lose that concept, you lose the marketing power that you have over your competitors.
