Russell H. Smith is a Pulitzer Center awarding winning citizen journalist. He has a BA in Music and Philosophy and a Master of Diplomacy/Master of Arts (International Relations). He has spent 10 years in the Australian Public Service and that again working for several international NGOs. Stints in Lebanon, Sudan, Yemen and travel across the Middle and Far East have rounded his world-view. His writing and opinion editorials focus on the eclecticism of U.S. foreign policy and its profound shaping of international systems.
