My name is Marcus Bentley Wise and I Am a English man who lives in the hart of north Yorkshire. Original not from the north but from the south of the country and slowly threw my youth drifted till i am where I am today .I live in a small country town between York and Leeds with my wife and two daughters.

I have spent my life in and around the food and beverage business. That is to say that I have been ether in a kitchen bar or restaurant working in one way or another now to know better but still have to learn my lesson.The truth is that I do like what I do and would not stop doing it for another job, only if I had to .

I have had a strange carer starting in the kitchen as a kitchen porter . Training to be a chef them moving logically to front of house . Soon becoming a waiter then head waiter, restaurant manager and so on . Then moving back into the kitchen and working once more as a chef till I them move in to a mass catering manufacturing operation where i work now .I have started two of my own business both times with partners and both of them made money but we did not get on . That is the other partners and me after a while . I still keep my hand in every now and then doing the odd wedding and so on all depending on who the customer is .

But this has given me time to do some thinking and also time to go threw what is over twenty years of knowledge and start to put it all down on paper . Well not paper but on Helium any way.

Also I like a challenge as as I have dyslexia the natural thing is not to do any writing , wrong grab the bull by the horns and do not let go, I would like to be recognized as a writer in my own right.

Food , drink , life , money , polatics , news, every thing and every body, and me.

Every thing and nothing , you can never know to much about any thing

My parents always told me ...

My dad always told me do not get a tatoo , if the police are after you it is some thing people always remeber . I do not know what my farther was thinking i was going to do when i grew up.

Sitting in a cafe at the end of the harbour at Filey north yorkshire watching the sea , late summer early autom and with a girl who later became my wife

The danger of infidelity.

Why is infidelity such a bad thing? After all is it not natural for you as an animal to want to procreate. The sanctity of marriage is just a man mad thing that we have from the past more about the joining of wealth and families. It is just a biological need to want to mate and have offspring that is what we are here for to See that the race, tribe, family go on for the future. If that is the case why do we as people think that it is so bad to be what can be so easy called only human.
