well i am 44 yrs,but look 33!loljk! born in kingston in 1963,the gough family moved to sudbury so that father james could secure gainfull employment.In 77 he drowned sailing on powell river B.C. in 88 bro doug died in car accident & in 99 grandfather passed away from cancer.but the worse was yet to come,when cory 22 yrs died from HPV.she was my only daughter.That same year (04) also lossed my best friend dave and ex brenda to HIV-AIDS .I tested HIV+ in 2001 & started useing drugs really heavy,& wasn't untill just before cory got sick that i booked into detox,& was there 2 wks wen on friday i found out my other ex had won a million $$I didnt have to worry about my son anymore i thought!ya right!then on monday i found out cory was in hospital dyeing!she passed aug 5/04,a month after her 22 Bday.So now i am clean from coke,heroin&speed for 3 years now & go to schools ,group homes,colledges & university's doing harm reduction & HIV-AIDS Education & awareness ,safe sex & condome promotion.I also am working on video on HIV & addictions,& started up an HIV support group which meets every wed afternoon at access aids sudbury at 1:30-3:00

Being a recovering coke,heroin & speed addict that started using weed in grade 7 & 8,& being HIV+ continue to smoke weed albeit for medical reason's these days.Using the Harm Reduction method is always the best approach or so i have found.I now go into places of learning & tell my life story on addiction & overcoming & maintaining.I have been smoking pot now on a reg basis for 35 yrs now.Yes my memory isn"t the greatest but neither is my appetite,if i don't smoke i don't eat.Its really that simple.I am NOT on med yet,as the Dr have stated that i remain too healthy to start HAART treatment ...
