Is smoking a habit, comfort or addiction to you? As with all other types of labels' we put on our-selves or the things we do, we label it something that we find more acceptable to our-selves or what may seem more acceptable to others. It doesn't matter what smoking is to you; if you set your mind to stop you can do it. Finding something else to replace' the activity may be helpful but once you quit smoking; every time you do that replacement activity you will have a small reminder of your smoking days.
