I don't think that anyone would disagree that privacy is an issue that is essential to individual freedom and liberty. And could there be anything that is more private than Love and Marriage? Only two other things come to mind. No make that three. Birth, Death, and masturbation. And it doesn't matter what form that Love may take. Whether it's the Love of an owner and their pet, the Love between a parent and their child, the Love between a man and a woman, or even the Love that happens between a man and another man or a woman and a woman.
