My name is TaMika Steward. I a wife and mother of three children ages 5, 12, and 14. I am an Instructor of Economics at a community colleges in Arlington,Texas. I am a business consultant. I recently started helping small business owners with business plans. I am in the process of writing my first book for single mothers. I hope to have it completely by December of 2011. Last but not least, I am working on my Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.

Motherhood…no one said it would be easy. We cook, we clean, and we help our children with homework. We turn those frowns into smiles and we wipe the tears away when our children are sad.  We are supportive of our children’s goals. We attend their games, school plays, or recitals. We also teach our children how to make responsible decisions.  Sometimes we have to work two jobs to support our children.
