Carine Nadel started out dreaming of being a broadcast journalist and succeeded in a minor way. When it seemed she was finally about to have her "break", she met and fell in love at first sight with her husband of over 27 years. Family meant and means a lot to Carine, so she put her career on the back burner and taught various grades of school, ran her own business and took care of her family.
When she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 40, she decided her "kids" were old enough to take care of themselves, she morphed into a totally different day job. Once the basics were covered, Carine started doing free lance writing. Her motto became "I will write on any and all subjects!"
And she has done so. Her recipes, food articles, blurbs and tips have been published in four major magazines. She is a frequent front page contributer on www.fabulously40.com as well as their cooking columnist. There have also been articles published on www.surewoman.com. Being a platinum status on ezinearticles.com and associatedcontents.com has her all over the web-just google her to see where it takes you!
