I am Sexual Health Educator, I currently work in a public health clinic. I have 24 years of Allied Health experiance, 20 years of which was with the U.S. Air Force and 4 in the "civilian sector". I am interested in health, fitness, and personal equity portfolio management.
I believe in sharing my knowledge regarding general personel health issues and specifically those issues surrounding sexual health. I believe that the medical community far too often does a poor job of educating patients on the issues they face regarding their health, diseases, treatment, and prevention.
I enjoy staying physically fit through resistance training (weight lifting), cardiovascular exercise and proper nutrition.
Additionally, I am interested in equity investment management. I control a personal portfolio of US and foreign stocks, Exchange Traded Funds (ETF), and Mutual Funds. I do utilize a 401 program for my primary retirement investment vehicle. However, I find that I enjoy fundamental analysis, tracking stock / equity performance, and picking stocks and other equities.
I also enjoy classical literature and folk & blues music.
I play a fair bit of guitar and dabble on the piano.
