About me

I'm a Medical Doctor, recently graduated and soon to begin my residency training. I have a nagging urge to twitter away at my keyboard, making use of my continuously developing writing skills. I've recently lived in both England and the Caribbean, although I'm now happy to be back home in California.

I've recently been honored to be chosen as the Channel Level Steward for the Health and Fitness Channels here at Helium. If you have concerns, questions, comments or suggestions about anything you find in the Health and Fitness area, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Other hobbies and interests include cycling, music, skiing, drinking too much coffee, and keeping my cat from tearing the house apart.

If you'd like to contact me, or leave a comment about any of my articles, you can find the link to my blog under my picture to the right. - - - - - >>>
