I am a Writer, HR Consultant and Wellness Coach. I have been writing for as long as I can remember, albeit for many years I remained a "closet writer", believing that no one would be too interested in what I had to say. But I knew it was important for me to write-the care of my Soul depended on it! Thankfully, I discovered that people did want to hear what I had to say, and more importantly, they were being blessed with the words that I had been blessed with.
In addition to writing, another of my passions is Wellness. I have translated this passion into designing Wellness programs that focus on spiritual, mental and emotional well-being. The core program is called INtime, and it utilizes relaxation, visualization/imagery, meditation and conscious breathing. There is also a journalling component to the program, with a special focus on women of all ages and stages.
I am a published writer with contributions to two books, and have been the Editor of a newsletter and Director of a local Writers Guild. My inspirational work has been featured on local radio stations, and can be read on a series of cards "Precious Things". As a HR Consultant I specialize in writing employee related handbooks, policies and procedures, and designing employee wellness programs.

Meditation is, for me, a time of quiet contemplation; a time to be still and listen for guidance. Although meditation relaxes the mind and body, relaxation is not the primary aim in meditation. I have found that other forms of relaxation like body scanning and progressive relaxation, breathing, and visualization/imagery are good preparations for meditation, which goes way beyond a physical experience. It is a mental and finally a spiritual experience. I practice different forms of meditation, but in my quest for guidance, the following describes one of the forms I use: Sit in a comfortable...
