Hi, I love my given names, Deborah Smith. I love where I was born, Las Vegas, Nevada. But more than anything else, I love where I was really born, it was sort of like being born again! When I was young our family moved from Vegas to Beautiful British Columbia, and even at a tender young age it changed me from the inside out. It changed my heart and I saw things differently. I even heard things differently.
I had a deep experience that put me at one with my natural surroundings. We had a non-materialist life and made everything we wanted or needed. We did not go without, we just did not have the latest or newest things. It was hard sometimes, very hard.
My health has taken me away from the land that I love so dearly, but it is in my soul. And once it is in your soul it never departs, it is there forever. It flows through your veins, it amplifies your spirit.

Hearts and Spades I entered into the church with an open and loving heart, having had a personal experience with Jesus. I invited Him into my life, accepting Him as my savior and Lord. I was baptized in the river that ran by our house and felt just wonderful. I had finally found what my soul had been searching for all of these years. My salvation. When I had been told of Christ and all that He had done for us, and how He had died for us on the cross. I knew that I would live the rest of my life for Him.
