I'm a cook, and have worked in many great restaurants for several years. I love food, and the atmosphere paired with it. I enjoy cigars, wine, beer, food from anywhere in the world, and ive made it a priority to learn how to cook every type of food I can. Im not perfect, but I have learned quite a bit along the way.

I also write, invent, and am a computer geek at times.

I have loved this stew ever since i first smelled it cooking 4 years ago in my girlfriends grandmothers house. It took me two years before her grandmother ever trusted me with the recipe, unfortunately she only spoke Gaelic but my girlfriend helped me write it all down. I've used this recipe in my restaurant a few times when I'm short a special, and its gone over very well.

First you need 3 pounds of lamb, preferably with the bone it it for flavor, cube this up and toss the bone in the pot while your at it. the rest of the ingredients are:
