I have loved this stew ever since i first smelled it cooking 4 years ago in my girlfriends grandmothers house. It took me two years before her grandmother ever trusted me with the recipe, unfortunately she only spoke Gaelic but my girlfriend helped me write it all down. I've used this recipe in my restaurant a few times when I'm short a special, and its gone over very well.
