The future of Cuba, sadly for all Cubans who want freedom and democracy, depends highly on the outside world. It is not in their hands. Their regime still keeps a strong control of society, the media, the nearly extinguished opposition and the economy. As a result of this, the likelihood of an internal revolution triggered by a change of power as it just happened, or by internal events in the country, is very unlikely.
