TIA. In the movie Blood Diamond, Leonardo di Caprio uses this several times when he says, "This Is Africa". This is not Europe or the US of A. This is really Africa with African values and standards. We can never lose hope of saving South Africa, but reality must also be bared in mind. South Africa is a third world with many first world people and first world infrastructure.
