I have a background in Library and Information Science with a specialty in Competitive Intelligence.
I've been a practicing intelligence provider, researcher and strategy consultant for the last ten years or so, mainly focused on the technology industry but recently delving into healthcare insurance - and what an interesting time to do so (politically speaking)!
I'm enjoying learning about the challenges this industry faces from the inside out, and wrapping my head around what could/should/might happen next.
I also write, having been commissioned to co-author a trivia book on Washington State, and blogging about my personal interests.
