I grew up mostly in Ontario, Canada where I studied theatre and acting, religion and spirituality, writing for non-fiction, fantasy, and film, as well as music theory and a wide variety of musical instruments.
Immensely diverse, I have earned critical praise as a writer, stage actress, vocalist, public speaker, artist, and musician. My writing has been published in Equinox and Glow Magazine, on Beliefnet.com, in four separate anthologies, and has even been heard on the radio.
My pleasant manner with people, proficient organizational skills, and efficient project management make me coveted in many fields. I have spent the past two years focusing my studies on self-improvement topics; relationship and communication skills, conflict resolution, anger management, boundary setting, assertiveness, and pattern changing. I am currently focusing my skills on strengthening my community.
I love to travel and have been across Canada, Switzerland, England, and lived in Italy for nearly a year. I enjoy reading, dancing, photography and photo art, swimming, horseback riding, and snuggling with my cat in front of a movie. Described as passionate, intelligent, and easy-going, I've been called an "avid adventurer" and "perpetual student of life."

Which is what made this question so important to me. If I don't know what's important to me - what makes me who I am - then how will I ever be the person I want to be? How will I be able to surround myself with people of like mind and spirit? So, I sat do...
